Types of Decks We Build:
Wood Decks
Cedar is by far the most popular wood decking option. An exotic hardwood like Ipe is also an excellent choice — but can significantly add to the overall project price.
Please note that while we use pressure-treated (PT) wood for deck structures, we don’t use PT decking in our builds.
PVC Decks
PVC decking is made from recycled plastic and comes in a variety of colours. These types of decks don’t require sanding or staining but need to be cleaned regularly.
Popular PVC decking brands are TimberTech Azek and ClubHouse.
Composite Decks
As the name suggests, composite decking is made from a blend of plastics and wood fibres. Composite decking usually has a wider range of patterns and can mimic wood grains better than PVC decking.
TimberTech Edge and TruNorth are popular composite decking manufacturers.

What's your deck building process?
All of our decks start off with a design. Going through the design process makes sure you’re getting the deck of your dreams (and that there are no surprises in the end).
Do you give free quotes?
We give free estimates, not quotes. For the free consult, we’ll come to your home, discuss your project and give you an estimated range for the project and possible start/end dates.
If you’re happy with those numbers, we’ll move to the design phase to nail down all the details and provide a quote.
Are the deck designs free?
The design process is important. It gives homeowners a realistic picture of what the final product will look like, cuts down on material waste, and provides a realistic build timeline. It also takes a lot of time to do correctly.
Because of the investment of time and resources, we bill for our design packages.
How long will a deck design and build take?
It really depends on the size and complexity of the project. Once you get in touch and we learn a bit about your project, we can let you know possible start dates and timelines.
