    The homeowners had an aging deck overlooking a ravine that needed to be replaced. They wanted to keep to a similar size, but wanted a new design that incorporated a covered pergola.

    We were tasked with coming up with the design, working construction plans and materials list for their longtime contractor.

  • Screened-In Pergola

     

    The homeowners wanted to see what the pergola would look like with and without screens. We showed them the two options and went over the advantages and challenges of screening the area.

    Ceiling fans are a great addition to a covered area of a deck. The constant airflow helps keeps annoying bugs at bay and can also help keep the area cool on hot, summer days.
